Our Journey

1981

Mr. Harsono Lukito founded a building materials store called “TOKO SUKSES JAYA” in Sleko, Madiun, and was later appointed as a distributor for Semen Gresik

1991

On July 7, 1991, there were two companies: PT. Bumi Pembangunan Pertiwi and PT. Success Warehouse

2003

PT. Bumi Pembangunan Pertiwi stepped down as a distributor for Semen Gresik and subsequently became a distributor for Semen Kujang, which is now known as Semen Holcim Serbaguna

2008

In 2008, the system was upgraded to an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system

2010

PT. Bumi Pembangunan Pertiwi has obtained ISO 9001:2008 certification

2011

PT. BPP has expanded into the distribution of consumer goods, covering the Madiun area

2013

Another company in the finance sector (KSU Sukses) was added; at the time, it provided employee loans, and it has continued to grow to this day

2014-Present

In 2014, we began expanding into the Property & Hospitality sector under the Success Jaya Land umbrella PT. Bumi Pengembangan Pertiwi with Aston Hotel Madiun PT. Bumi Pengembangan Perkasa with Fave Hotel Madiun PT. Bumi Success Jaya with the Mercure Hotel Madiun project PT. Tri Sukses Prima operates in the hospitality business, including restaurants, cafes, and catering
